What to include in your request:
To help me understand your vision and deliver the best result, please provide the following details:
General Info:
- Project or event name
- Music genre and mood
- Preview date and final deadline
- Where the visuals will be used (live show, social media, Spotify Canvas, YouTube, etc.)
Visual Style:
- Desired style and atmosphere (e.g. glitch, minimal, 3D, abstract, retrofuturism, etc.)
- References (images, videos, moodboards, links)
- Preferred color palette (if any)
Technical Specs:
- Video format and resolution (e.g. 1080×1920, 4K, square, vertical, etc.)
- Frame rate (typically 30fps or 60fps)
- Duration of loops or clips
- Should the visuals be silent or synced with sound?
Content List:
- Please provide a list of all the visual assets you’d like me to create. For each item, include:
- Type (e.g. animated loop, intro/outro, static cover, banner, etc.)
- Purpose (e.g. for VJ set, social media promo, LED screen mapping, Spotify Canvas, etc.)
- Short description of the idea or message
- Duration (for animated content)

- Logos (preferably in vector format: .AI, .SVG, .EPS, or high-res PNG)

Payment Process:
Once we’ve discussed your project and agreed on the scope, I’ll send you a quote based on the complexity, number of visuals, and deadlines.
- 50% upfront payment is required to start the project
- 50% upon final delivery of all approved files
- Payment methods: PayPal, Wise, bank transfer (details will be provided)
- For long-term or recurring collaborations, flexible terms are available
